When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the town or address of the work, and any information you include in your message. We do not collect special-category data, and we don't ask for payment details through this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
• To carry out and manage any work you ask us to do.
• To keep records required for our certification, warranty and legal obligations.
• To contact you about your job where necessary.

Our lawful bases are your consent (when you submit the enquiry form), the performance of a contract for work, and our legitimate interests in running the business and keeping proper records.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We only share it where necessary — for example with our enquiry-form provider (Formspree) which delivers form submissions to us, or where we're legally required to. Any suppliers we use are bound to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your request and meet our legal and warranty obligations — typically up to six years for completed work, after which it is securely deleted.
